My Deep Hope...
is that students understand each are loved, valued and have a special purpose in God's story. That they see the uniqueness in each other and love each other well in order to glorify God.
The K-8 Counseling Program at CVC follows this model to implement a comprehensive, data-driven school counseling program.
The K-8 counseling department at CVC works in conjunction with the church, home and school to point students to Christ. The school counselor assists students in the areas of Academics, Personal/Social and College/Career so that all students may be successful. The program strives to promote academic excellence, the development of Christ-like character and connect biblical truths with a variety of student needs in order to remove barriers so that students may reach their God-given potential and be equipped to serve in their calling.
